I will be teaching my 8 From 1: Intensive Flower Caning Workshop with the Orlando Area Polymer Clay Guild on June 9-10. There are a few spots left, so if you would like to attend please contact me through the contact form, or Jeanne who is coordinating the class for the OAPCG. The cost of the class is $130 including the materials fee. The above photo shows the canes Jenny Patterson made in my class earlier this month in Minnesota. I can’t wait to see how she uses them in the beautiful Quilted in Clay pieces!

I’ve returned from Minnesota, where I taught at Maureen Carlson’s Center for Creative Arts.  I had an amazing time: meeting Maureen and also Jenny Patterson, driving along beautiful stretches of highway and of course, spending several days teaching wonderful students at an amazing art space.  If you ever have the chance to take a class at Maureen’s, I wholeheartedly recommend doing it! 

Now that I am home, I should be able to get this website going with lots more pics and information before I have to leave again in June to teach in Orlando.  Wish me luck!

Hello, everyone!  My new website is in the process of being put together, so for now I just want to let everyone know that new things will be coming soon…I can be contacted by using the “contact” link above, and I wanted to post about some upcoming classes this year.  MUCH more info will be added soon…and I am hoping to have the info soon for classes I will be teaching in upstate NY, Lexington, MA, Englewood, NJ and a few other locations!

This weekend, (May 4, 5, 6) I will be fulfilling a real dream, teaching at Maureen Carlson’s art school in Jordan, MN.  If you’d like to attend, there’s still room, and you should contact Maureen directly through her website www.maureencarlson.com

In June, I’ll be teaching at the Orlando, FL guild (June 9-10)

In July I will be attending Klay Karma and CHA, so no teaching this month!
